Delivery and payment options

PAYMENT

Several payment options are available when ordering products on the Nutritive Cosmetics website.
You can pay for the purchase immediately on the website using LiqPay with VISA/Mastercard cards.
In the case of placing an order in the amount of UAH 300 or more. post-payment is possible at the branch of the company "Nova Poshta". In this case, we pay the commission for the transfer of funds.

If the amount of the order is up to UAH 799 or the order is placed outside of Ukraine, the cost of delivery, according to the tariffs of the postal operator, is from UAH 60.

If the order amount is more than UAH 800, delivery within Ukraine is free!

Alternatively, you can pick up your order at one of our delivery points. In this case, you can pay immediately on the website during the order, or pay with cash or card on the spot when receiving the goods.

Delivery of the order to delivery points is free.

Orders placed through self-delivery can be received at the address Kurguzova 14, call the phone number from which you received an SMS message about the readiness of your order, and we will take it out.

The order is kept at the pick-up point for two working days, the order is canceled on the third day!
"New Post"

We send all orders only through the postal operator "Nova Poshta". You can choose the required branch or post office during the purchase process in the corresponding column.

If you cannot find the required address, you can choose another branch, but indicate the desired branch or post office in the "Add a comment to the order" column.
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on working days are delivered to Nova Poshta on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on working days will be delivered to Nova Poshta the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered to Nova Poshta on Monday.

Pay attention! Due to force majeure circumstances (shelling, power outages, communication, etc.) delays of up to 3-4 working days are possible. It is also possible to change the working schedule during public holidays.

After we deliver your package to Nova Poshta, the carrier will inform you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.

Orders with delivery through "Nova Poshta" are accepted according to the carrier's schedule. You can find the schedule of the Nova Poshta company on the company's official website. You can also track the parcel yourself using Nova Poshta services.

If your plans have changed, we can arrange for the parcel to be redirected from one "Novaya Poshta" branch to another within the city or a branch in another city, the "Novaya Poshta" service is paid for additionally by the client.

Pay attention! When delivered to the warehouse of the transport company, the order is stored at the delivery point for a little more than 4 working days, after which it is automatically returned. In the case of payment by card on the website specified in the order, the recipient will have to show a document certifying the identity or the recipient's barcode in the "New Post" application (for orders up to UAH 5,000).

Please check the shipment upon receipt at the "Novaya Poshta" branch. In the event that you notice damage to the parcel or the lack of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up an appropriate document with a representative of the "Nova Poshta" company. Please keep one copy, the other will be taken by a representative of Nova Poshta.

RETURN

According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 (dated March 19, 1994), perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to return, but we consider each situation individually!

When receiving a product by mail, you have the right, before paying for the order, to see and assess how well the quality of the ordered products suits you and meets your expectations.

If you receive a missing item or discover other issues within 14 days of purchase, you can return the item to us or exchange it for another one.

You need to call the site at this number: 0 800 338 415 and we will process the exchange or return of the product over the phone.

Shipping is paid by the buyer in the case of a return or exchange due to the buyer's personal considerations. Refunds are made within 1-3 working days after we receive the goods returned from you to the Nova Poshta warehouse.

Return/Exchange Terms:

  • lack of signs of product use;
  • presence of shortcuts;
  • the product must have a commercial appearance.

If signs of product use are detected, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In the event that a defect is discovered, the product is missing from the parcel, or an error is made during the order fulfillment due to the fault of our employees, we pay for the delivery.
