Delivery and payment options
PAYMENT
When ordering products on the Nutritive Cosmetics website, several payment options are available.
You can pay for your purchase immediately on the website using LiqPay and Monobank with VISA/Mastercard cards.
If you place an order for an amount of UAH 200 or more, cash on delivery is possible at a Nova Poshta branch. In this case, we pay the commission for the transfer of funds.
If the amount of your order is up to 799 UAH or you are ordering delivery outside Ukraine, the delivery cost is calculated according to the postal operator's tariffs and is from 60 UAH.
For orders over UAH 800, delivery within Ukraine is free only to a branch or post office. Address delivery is paid separately according to the carrier's tariffs.
Attention! The "post-payment" service is paid additionally and does not depend on the order amount, according to the carrier's tariffs: 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at one of our pick-up points. In this case, you can pay directly on the website when ordering, or pay in cash or by card on site when you receive the goods.
Delivery of orders to pick-up points is free.

DELIVERY
Pickup
Orders placed via self-pickup can be received at Kurguzova 14, call the phone number from which you received an SMS notification that your order is ready, and we will deliver it.

The order is stored at the pickup point for two business days, on the third day the order is canceled!
“New Post”
We send all orders only through the postal operator "Nova Poshta". You can select the required branch or post office during checkout in the appropriate column.
If you cannot find the address you need, you can choose another branch, but in the “Add a comment to the order” column, indicate the desired branch or post office.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are sent to Nova Poshta for delivery on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on business days are transferred to Nova Poshta the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be transferred to Nova Poshta on Monday.
Please note! Due to force majeure circumstances (shelling, power outages, communication failures, etc.), delays of up to 3-4 business days are possible. Also, a changed work schedule is possible during public holidays.
After we hand over your parcel to Nova Poshta, the carrier will inform you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods at their destination.
Orders with delivery via Nova Poshta are accepted according to the carrier's work schedule. You can find the Nova Poshta work schedule on the company's official website. You can also track the parcel yourself using Nova Poshta services.
If your plans have changed, we can arrange for the redirection of the parcel from one Nova Poshta branch to another within the city or to a branch in another city; the Nova Poshta service is paid for additionally by the client.
Please note! When delivered to a transport company's warehouse, the order is stored at the pick-up point for a little more than 4 business days, after which it is automatically returned. In case of payment by card on the website specified in the order, the recipient will have to show an identity document or the recipient's barcode in the Nova Poshta application (for orders up to UAH 5,000).
Please check the shipment upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch. If you notice damage to the parcel or a shortage of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up a corresponding act with a Nova Poshta representative. Please keep one copy with you, the second copy will be taken by a Nova Poshta representative.
RETURN
According to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 (dated March 19, 1994), perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to return, but we consider each situation individually!
When receiving goods in the mail, you have the right, before paying for the order, to look at and evaluate whether the quality of the ordered products suits you and whether it meets your expectations.
If you receive a defective item or discover other problems within 14 days of purchase, you can return the item to us or exchange it for another one.
You need to call the site at this number: 0 800 338 415 and we will arrange an exchange or return of the goods over the phone.
Shipping is paid by the buyer in case of return or exchange due to personal reasons of the buyer. Refunds are made within 1-3 business days after we receive the goods returned from you to the Nova Poshta warehouse.
Return/exchange terms:
- no signs of use of the product;
- the presence of shortcuts;
- The product must have a marketable appearance.
If signs of use of the product are found, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
In the event of a defect, missing goods in the package, or an error during the order fulfillment due to the fault of our employees, we will pay for the delivery.
