We have resumed delivery of orders from our warehouse in Ukraine.

You can order goods from our warehouse in Ukraine to the operating branches of Nova Poshta.

Our colleagues at the warehouse collect parcels between air raids, during breaks, when there are no hostilities and the situation resolves a little. Novaya poshta partners also organize delivery of orders to branches when the road situation allows. If the package is delayed a little or the order status does not change for a while, please do not worry. If you received a letter about a new order or a confirmation that the order is being processed, we remember the parcel, it is in the works, we just need a little time to prepare and deliver the order. Please wait for confirmation from New Post that the parcel has arrived at the branch, we will definitely deliver the order as soon as possible.
