Натуральні засоби для догляду за волоссям

Natural hair care products

"A girl without braids is like a broken rake in a haystack" - said our ancestors and invented a thousand and one ways to care for hair with the help of nature's gifts.
In the absence of expensive shampoos, conditioners and masks in those days, girls managed to grow long, thick hair.
Some beauty secrets have survived to this day. Some of them have changed and "modernized", others have remained the same "grandmother's" foolproof recipes for centuries.

Nutrients hair masks from natural oils

The easiest and most reliable way to "nourish" hair without using chemicals is to rub vegetable oils into the hair roots before washing them. Burdock oil is perfect for this - a universal tool for all types of hair. Perfectly protects and nourishes hair and coconut oil - it can be rubbed into the scalp before washing, even for a child. This tool relieves itching and irritation, including from sweating, as well as a bactericidal and protective effect, helps to soften and remove dead epithelium.

For oily hair, it is better to take almond oil or calendula oil. Peach pit, avocado and jojoba, as well as cedar and hemp oils will help strengthen dry and brittle hair.

Sea buckthorn, castor oil, and St. John's wort oil will help prevent hair loss.
Oils should be rubbed in a quarter of an hour before washing the hair.

Bread masks

Rye bread soaked in warm water is an excellent tool for strengthening hair roots and accelerating their growth. It is especially useful for oily hair.

Also, bread is an excellent basis for a cosmetic hair mask, to which you can add anything - essential oils, mashed plants, spices and sour milk.

The mass, which has been infused for 20 minutes, is applied along the entire length and washed off after 10 minutes. Instead of water, you can use low-fat kefir, sour milk or chamomile decoction, and add a raw egg to the mixture.

If you grind with a blender 200 grams of rye crumb soaked in such an amount of live beer, you will get an excellent tool for stimulating hair growth. For a better effect, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and castor oil to the mixture and - wow! - the mask became not only strengthening, but also nutritious.

If desired, you can add other oils to it - ylang-ylang, sage, orange or olive. Natural recipes are good because they can be changed and supplemented at your own discretion, and this will only benefit your beauty!

Vegetable masks

Did you know that grated vegetables can do wonders for your hair? For example, grated horseradish in half with honey perfectly strengthens them. Adding burdock oil in an amount equal to the finished mixture will enhance the effect.

Radish juice, rubbed into the roots of the hair for an hour before washing, has the same effect.
A mask made of cucumber juice mixed in equal parts with kefir will help to give the hair an exquisite shine. A teaspoon of lemon juice should be mixed into the finished mass.

A mask made of potato juice (7 tablespoons) with kefir (200 ml), applied to the scalp and hair 40 minutes before washing, will help to overcome excess oiliness.

For dry hair, a pumpkin mask with olive oil and a mask made of boiled potatoes with the addition of egg yolk and sour cream are good.

Decoctions and infusions

Plant infusions and decoctions can be used to rinse hair or to prepare nourishing masks based on them. Each of the herbs has its own unique properties:
  • Nettle, mint, burdock and hop cones - strengthening hair bulbs.
  • Oak bark, chamomile and motherwort - normalize the work of the sebaceous glands, while chamomile has a light brightening effect.
  • Oak bark, which contains tannins, will help get rid of dandruff. Lavender decoction will have the same effect.
  • Mother-and-stepmother and aloe juice - improvement of hair growth.
Decoctions should be prepared in a water bath in order to preserve the maximum amount of useful substances contained in herbs. Rinse the hair with the prepared decoction after washing. It is not necessary to wash off the decoction itself.

Alcohol or vodka is used to prepare alcoholic infusions. They are stored much longer than decoctions and are more often used in cases where the hair is excessively greasy. They are rubbed into the scalp twice a week. If the oiliness of the hair is normal, it is better to dilute the infusion with water or replace it with a decoction.
