The process of self-care is not limited to cosmetic procedures for the face and hair. Well-groomed legs are of great importance for your appearance.
If you compare the degree of fatigue of individual parts of your body, it will turn out that it is the legs that bear the greatest load during the day, and they need care no less thorough than the care of hands and face.
And all three of them should become a habit and turn into a regular daily procedure.
However, that's not all - at least once a week, your feet need deep cleaning. This will require a small bath with warm water and twenty minutes of free time. After the skin has softened, clean the feet with a hard brush or pumice stone and dry them with a towel. Before cleaning, you can apply a special scrub to the steamed skin, which helps to gently remove the dead epithelium not only on the feet, but also on the entire surface of the lower part of the legs.
As always, natural oils and other natural products, which have long and reliably become an integral part of organic cosmetics, come to the rescue.
So, here are some tips for taking care of your feet with the help of nature's gifts:

Stages of foot care
No matter how strange it sounds, taking care of your feet includes the same steps as taking care of your face and body skin. Did you guess? Of course! It's CLEANSING, MOISTURIZING AND NOURISHING.And all three of them should become a habit and turn into a regular daily procedure.
Cleansing the feet
Everything is more or less clear here. Daily washing of feet with soap is the key to their well-being. After washing, rub the skin with a towel, stimulating blood circulation. However, that's not all - at least once a week, your feet need deep cleaning. Hydration and nutrition
Whatever cleaning method you choose after steaming, the result should be the same - the skin is free of rough layers and thoroughly lubricated with nourishing cream, including the areas between the fingers. The type of cream will depend on the condition of the skin of the feet. The more it dries and peels, the fatter the cream should be. If there are cracks on the feet, a nourishing mask will not hurt.Natural foot hygiene products
As you know, you can't fool your feet with ostentatiously beautiful jars of artificial creams. Such cosmetics will not bring the proper effect in the fight against sweating or roughened skin if it does not contain natural ingredients. Or these funds will cost so much that not everyone can afford them.As always, natural oils and other natural products, which have long and reliably become an integral part of organic cosmetics, come to the rescue.
So, here are some tips for taking care of your feet with the help of nature's gifts:
- If you use a decoction of chamomile instead of ordinary water for steaming your feet, it will help relieve muscle fatigue, reduce leg sweating, and heal small wounds faster.
- Adding essential oils to the foot bath will help to cope with excessive sweating and reduce unpleasant odors. However, keep in mind that these unpleasant features are often not a cosmetic problem, but are signs of more serious health disorders. One way or another, the use of tea tree, cypress, bergamot, lavender, and sandalwood oils has proven to be very good for foot skin care.
- A bath (2 liters) with the addition of sea salt (50 g) and mint, chamomile, and lavender oils (3-4 drops each) will help relieve fatigue.
- The following ointment will help you get rid of corns: mix 2 teaspoons of beeswax heated in a water bath with 1 teaspoon of lanolin. After the mixture has cooled, add avocado and jojoba oils (2 and 6 teaspoons, respectively), as well as 20 drops of orange ether and 7 drops of ylang-ylang. It is advisable to apply the ointment to the skin of the feet before going to bed, under socks.
- It is useful to use crushed coffee beans, oatmeal, salt, granulated sugar as a scrub. Abrasive particles not only effectively clean the skin, but also improve blood circulation, which is important for the health of the feet, especially in the winter season.
