Чотири етапи догляду за шкірою обличчя за допомогою натуральних засобів

Four stages of facial skin care using natural products

It is believed that proper facial care requires a lot of time. Or funds. In fact, it is not quite so. In order to remain well-groomed, first of all, you need consistency and discipline - because caring for the skin of the face includes only four main stages:
  • cleaning;
  • toning;
  • hydration;
  • feeding.
And you don't need anything for this - take a few minutes a day for yourself, beloved, and go through these four stages, which eventually turn into a regular procedure. Of course, the use of natural means in self-care takes more time than the use of store cosmetics, but the obtained effect is worth it, you can be sure!

So, four stages of facial skin care using the gifts of nature.

Cleaning

Do not confuse daily cleansing with deep facial cleansing, which beauticians recommend 3-4 times a year. Home regular cleaning is less traumatic and should be done daily, 2-3 times a week, pre-steaming the skin. To do this, simply bend over a hot steam bath with herbal infusion for a short time, covering yourself with a towel. When the pores are properly opened, you can proceed to the actual cleaning: apply a little cleanser to a cotton pad and rub your face, following the massage lines.

If the skin is dry...

Skin prone to dryness is best cleaned with natural oils. You should put a couple of teaspoons of oil in a ceramic cup and heat it a little in a water bath.

We slightly wet a cotton pad in heated oil and wipe the skin, after which we apply a more generous layer with a new pad. After a couple of minutes, remove the excess oil with a clean disk moistened with a weak salt solution, tea or herbal decoction.
Almond, olive, corn, linseed, sunflower oils, as well as stone varieties - from peach, apricot, grape seeds are ideal for cleaning.

Useful for dry skin and washing with milk, which should be used after cleansing. This procedure is possible only if there are no wounds or scratches on the face.
We dilute the milk with a decoction of chamomile or raspberry leaves until it is slightly warm. Rinse the face and dry with a napkin.

As a homemade scrub for dry skin, a mixture of crushed oatmeal and honey, as well as coffee grounds mixed with sour cream with or without the addition of rice flour, has proven itself well.

If the skin is oily...

Egg yolk mixed with a teaspoon of grapefruit juice and lemon juice, which is quite successfully replaced by vinegar, will clean the problem skin well, and will also nourish it. And if you add oatmeal crushed into flour to the mixture, you can create a soft peeling effect. Leave the mixture on the skin for a few minutes, then wash it off with water.

The yolk-juice mixture can be divided into several parts and stored in the refrigerator, using it every day and without steaming.

Sour milk is also great for oily skin. The face should be wiped several times in a row, each time using a new cotton swab, more and more abundantly soaked in sour milk or kefir. Finish the procedure by removing excess milk from the face with a dry tampon.

For normal and combination skin

Bean peeling has an excellent whitening effect, which, however, is suitable for any type of skin. Boil the beans and grind a few beans with olive oil, adding a few drops of lemon juice to the mixture. Sugar or soda peeling also cleans the skin well. Simply add a teaspoon of fine granulated sugar or baking soda to the soap foam when washing, gently massage and rinse with warm water.

Toning

Toning helps saturate the skin with oxygen and normalize the acid-alkaline balance, helps narrow pores and smooth the skin. Thus, any type of skin needs to use a tonic. The formulation of tonics for different skin types has its own characteristics.

For oily skin, it is better to use products that will dry it:

A mixture of grapefruit juice (about 5 cups) with the addition of vodka and lemon juice (1 tablespoon each).
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to a glass of cold green tea. Done! Tonic perfectly copes with greasy shine.
We take sage leaves, mother-and-stepmother flowers (1 tablespoon each), add 1 teaspoon of St. John's wort, pour half a glass of vodka and leave for a week. Dilute in half with water before use.

Dry skin "loves" more vitamins:

Take 3 large ripe plums, boil for a couple of minutes and wipe your face with the cooled decoction.
Pour almond oil over a glass of rose petals (preferably red) and heat in a water bath until the petals discolor. Cool and wipe your face after cleansing.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey to half a glass of boiling birch sap, stir and cool. The same can be done using linden decoction instead of juice: 1 cup of boiling water for 1 tablespoon of flowers.
Cucumber is a universal tonic for any type. Cut the cucumber into cubes and pour 3 tablespoons of such cubes with a glass of boiling milk. Boil for 3 minutes and the tonic is ready!

Tonic made at home cannot be stored for a long time, but in the refrigerator it will not lose its properties for a week. If the composition of the product includes alcohol, then you can safely leave it for 2 weeks. Fully alcoholic infusions can be stored even longer - up to a year.

Hydration and nutrition

Masks made from natural ingredients perform a double function: they simultaneously moisturize and nourish the skin of the face.

In addition, thanks to their naturalness, they are suitable for any type of skin. The difference is only in what basis was used for such a mask.
For example, fermented milk products and citrus juice are good for oily skin, while fresh whole milk, cream and sour cream are good for dry skin. Normal skin (as well as other types) will be "delighted" by masks made of cheese, as well as mass made of mashed vegetables or fruits.

So, universal products that are recommended to be included in moisturizing masks regardless of skin type:
  • Natural oils - olive, almond, grape seed.
  • Aloe juice.
  • Vegetable and fruit pulp - carrots, bananas, apples, melons, cucumbers, potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries.
  • Honey.
  • Medicinal herbs.
  • Oat flakes.
  • Egg yolk.
Thus, knowing the characteristics of your skin, you can independently prepare a mask that perfectly matches them.

The mask can be applied directly to the skin or (if its consistency is not thick enough) soaked in gauze and applied to the face.

Nourishing creams can also be prepared at home, but for this you will have to fiddle with their preparation. Such creams are based on natural wax, butter, glycerin, to which other ingredients are added.

A great alternative to home facial care products is cosmetics created by hand by professionals based on natural ingredients.
